My name is AnnMarie DaSilva Harris & I am extremely passionate about celebrating my ethnicity and cultural background through my work. My inspiration comes from travel, spiritual connections, expressive colours, and a no boundaries mentality - referring to the ability to think outside of the creative box.

I am a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Textile Design/Fiber Arts. I 

completed a 6 week Browzwear 3D course through the Fashion Institute of Technology and I am currently taking a Footwear Design & Development certificate through Lasell University. I am passionate about skill-sharing, digital innovation, and education brought together by a shared desire to make the world a better place through design.

 

Outside of work you can catch me Mountain Biking with my husband, volunteering with at-risk youth teaching them design and continuing my professional education through certificate courses.
